Report a problem

Use this channel for harassment, threats, illegal content, impersonation, cheating, endpoint abuse, privacy concerns, moderation appeals, copyright concerns or other safety issues related to Orbitfall.

Email engineering@arkhe-technologic.com for privacy deletion, safety complaints, harassment, personal-information exposure, copyright concerns and moderation appeals.

To help locate an incident, include only what is necessary: approximate match time, room or report ID, opponent callsign if visible, message ID where applicable, and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, seat tokens, session tokens or identification documents.

What we may do

• Review available match or report metadata
• Mute, remove or restrict disruptive use when feasible
• Preserve limited evidence for abuse prevention
• Escalate severe illegal activity to the host provider or authority when appropriate

We cannot guarantee a specific response time or continuous live moderation.
